Outer Layer products are manufactured in Sydney, NSW, on Dharug Country.

Can I use Outer Layer while pregnant?

Please consult your general practitioner about whether Outer Layer is right for you during pregnancy.

What kind of preservative do you use?

Outer Layer products use radish root ferment as a natural preservative to inhibit microbial growth.

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping (AusPost Parcel Post): $10.95
  • Express Shipping (AusPost Express Post): $14.45

Shipping is free when you purchase two or more tins.

What are your delivery times?

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days, depending on your address.

Who will deliver my order?

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Will I get tracking?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Where can I find your Shipping Policy?

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your order arrives with significant damage, please email us within seven days, including details and photos of the damage.

For products damaged in transit, we'll either offer a replacement or a refund, depending on product availability. 

Please note that submissions received via social media will not be processed.

My product is faulty. What do I do?

If your order arrives with a major fault, please email us within seven days, including details and photos of the fault.

We'll either offer a replacement, store credit or a refund, depending on product availability. 

Claims for faulty products are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the outcome of a refund is at the discretion of Outer Layer.
