What kind of preservative do you use?
Outer Layer products use leuconostoc/radish root ferment filtrate, which provides a natural antimicrobial mechanism and can support the skin’s microbiome.
Do the face sheet masks expire?
Yes, face sheet masks have an expiry date.
To see the expiry date of your Outer Layer face sheet masks, check the bottom of the tin. Additionally, use your face sheets within 30 days of opening the tin.
Using expired masks may reduce their effectiveness and could irritate the skin.
How many face sheet masks do I get per Outer Layer tin?
You get three face sheet masks per tin.

What are your delivery times?
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days, depending on your address.
Who will deliver my order?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
If your order arrives with significant damage, please email us within seven days, including details and photos of the damage.
For products damaged in transit, we'll either offer a replacement or a refund, depending on product availability.
Please note that submissions received via social media will not be processed.

If your order arrives with a major fault, please email us within seven days, including details and photos of the fault.
We'll either offer a replacement, store credit or a refund, depending on product availability.
Claims for faulty products are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the outcome of a refund is at the discretion of Outer Layer.
